Sulky Snoopy

One day, while I was giving Michelle a bath, she was laughing at something. She saw a broken tile and said it looks like snoopy. I can’t figure it out. She pointed to me in details the sulky face of snoopy with a hand on the right side of the face. But I still can’t figure it out. I just don’t know if I’m slow to get it or she is just too visual that she can see images from different perspectives and can interpret it. Well, I’m kinda convinced that the latter is more valid. Why? I’ve witnessed how she create, draw and analyze images. When she writes the alphabet, she likes to see it written upside down and many other ways. She also tries to write using both hands to see which is better.

There were times in our creative thinking lesson when she would surpass me in interpretation. Many times before I teach, I don’t have any weapon to explain the lessons in our materials. But I’m amazed at how she can answer it according to her own reasoning. I’ll just laugh behind and say “kids are really smart.”
